Processing & Turn Around Times

Thank you so much for shopping with Texas Sunflower Co.! Here is some important information regarding processing and turn around times. Please be sure to read them over and let me know if you have any questions!

We ship all orders in the order they're received, but we have a couple different processing and turn around times and they are as follows:

Ready To Ship (RTS) items on the site have a 4-6 business day turn around time. If the item you're purchasing does not indicate a different turn around time, you can expect these to ship in this promised time frame.
ALL custom work has a 3-4 week turn around time unless otherwise stated on the specific listing you're purchasing from.

Custom work includes any keychains, stickers, shirts, and any made to order items on the site that require custom designing.

BUSINESS DAYS ARE DEFINED AS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, NOT INCLUDING FEDERAL HOLIDAYS.

Business days do not include Saturdays or Sundays.

If your order contains a mixture of custom & RTS (ready to ship) items, it will fall under the custom turn around time frame.
